some new work

I have been meaning to do this little illustration for a while now but I have been to busy trying to find those bargains in the op shops! It is a numbers poster to match up with the ABC poster that we sell in our etsy shop. I am quite pleased with this as it offers a slightly different colour way - we often get requests for more 'boy' colours, tricky for me, as I have three little girls.

I love it! (I already loved the alphabet one) I have the same problem, I have four nieces so all my creations seem to lean towards girls but I get requests for boy things all the time.

My Home in the October Country Style magazine!

I had Contry Style Magazine come and do a shoot at my home in May... a few months later and the issue finally hits the shelves. Yay! I am very pleased with the way it all turned out. Sharyn Cairns took some wonderful photographs and captured our home beautifully, while Virginia Imhoff wrote a lovely piece about all the bits and pieces in our home and how much we have traveled etc. The ' where there's tea there's hope ' print got a big feature in the shoot and on the editors letter, which we are so pleased about and the orders have already coming rolling in. Ooooh I must say it is quite a thrill to see my own home and work in print, I am most flattered!
