My mini mineral collection I am loving all things crystal and minral at the moment as well as coloured glass. I think it brings out the kid in us - looking for treasures in the earth...At my local farmers market the other day I bought a few little mineral rocks from a scratch patch bowl  - such fun and they have made an instant mini collection. I recently purchased a new couch for our lounge - it is a turquoise velvet Chesterfield and I love it! We had a dark brown leather couch for ages, which was handy with very young kids in the house, but now that my children are old enough to mind where their dirty feet are going...I thought I would splash out on something I love! I have also had lots of fun filling my new couch with beautiful cushions. Now the only bit I have to worry about is stopping Bella the pugalier from jumping up on it!
