Knit up for my baby bro

As mentioned before, my baby brother has opened a cafe in Strandhill, Ireland. Boy, this is when I feel the distance - an almost two day flight to get from here to there is a bit off putting - but I would go in a heartbeat if I won the lotto. They are gearing up for their grand opening soon - and I knitted them this wee sign to hang in the door (of course the other side says "Closed") I'm not the worlds best knitter - but beauty is in the crooked line they say.
Has anyone else got their needles out?

My Home in the October Country Style magazine!

I had Contry Style Magazine come and do a shoot at my home in May... a few months later and the issue finally hits the shelves. Yay! I am very pleased with the way it all turned out. Sharyn Cairns took some wonderful photographs and captured our home beautifully, while Virginia Imhoff wrote a lovely piece about all the bits and pieces in our home and how much we have traveled etc. The ' where there's tea there's hope ' print got a big feature in the shoot and on the editors letter, which we are so pleased about and the orders have already coming rolling in. Ooooh I must say it is quite a thrill to see my own home and work in print, I am most flattered!
