We love all things paper - and always get a little thrill every time we walk into a stationers supply. We have made some lovely gift tags for our shop - and it got me thinking that the humble brown tag used for parcels has taken on a whole new life out there. (I can't remember when last I saw one on an ACTUAL parcel though). We love wrapping our gifts (and orders) beautifully and with care - it's an extension of our creativity.


For some inspiration I found some special gift tags to make any parcel look fab.

For best results print onto thick matte craft paper (Canon do a great Matte Photo Paper in 170g/m), cut out with craft knife, round corners if you have a corner cutter and finally use a single hole punch to make a whole for your own pretty ribbon. My Home in the October Country Style magazine!

I had Contry Style Magazine come and do a shoot at my home in May... a few months later and the issue finally hits the shelves. Yay! I am very pleased with the way it all turned out. Sharyn Cairns took some wonderful photographs and captured our home beautifully, while Virginia Imhoff wrote a lovely piece about all the bits and pieces in our home and how much we have traveled etc. The ' where there's tea there's hope ' print got a big feature in the shoot and on the editors letter, which we are so pleased about and the orders have already coming rolling in. Ooooh I must say it is quite a thrill to see my own home and work in print, I am most flattered!
